“Eternal Evidence” (The Menil Collection, Houston)

Poetry, marginal attitude, and intermixtures; I like Magritte’s fantasizing pictures: his small bowler hats acting like clouds or his waves escaping from the painting, his titles confusing the mind and forcing you to consider the meaning of the words used (“This is not a pipe”). “Eternal Evidence” splits up the idea of a woman; composed of different parts; each of them stresses phantasms… like Barbie.
